How soon will my order be shipped?
USA CUSTOMERS: Orders are generally packaged and processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday). Times are only an estimate. Pre-order items will ship out within 10 Business days of your order date. Please allow 4 business days before shipment for orders containing vintage denim, they are distressed to order. You will receive an order confirmation upon ordering, and then a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Order are generally packed and processed within 2-3 business days. Once Shipped please allow 1-3 weeks for arrival. This time is only an estimate not a guarantee. Some parcels may reach international destinations before or after this window. We unfortunately can not provide tracking on international orders at this time. But we are happy to provide a copy of the customs receipt and USPS customs number of your parcel as a proof of shipment. Please double check that the shipping address and your name are completely correct when ordering. If you notice they are not please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your package will be able to be delivered. We ship to the exact name/address entered upon ordering unless otherwise notified, and can not reimburse for orders that were not deliverable due to improper shipping information provided by the customer. Yes we ship internationally. International shipping rates vary by location, and products ordered but usually run around $15+International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
EXCHANGES/CREDIT ONLY. No refunds.
If you are unhappy with your size and opt to get another one in exchange, send us an email to email@example.com with a description of the item size purchased, and we will provide you with further information on returning your item. In the event that we do not carry a size that fits you in the product you ordered, we will give you credit for the item cost on a future purchase once we receive the returned item. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have before placing your order to avoid any dissatisfaction. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for any additional shipping cost you may incur when exchanging item(s).
If exchanging items or returning a damaged product you need to contact us and return the item to us within 15 days of receiving it. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding exchanges/damaged products.
I ordered multiple items. If one item is pre-order and the other items are not will they be shipped separately?
To avoid lost/forgotten items, or higher shipping costs to the customer we send out orders in full when all products become available to be shipped.
I recently ordered an item that just went on sale, may I receive a credit for the difference in price?Unfortunately we can not post-date sale prices to previous orders. Sale prices are only valid for orders placed during the sale period with a valid sale promotion code used upon placing your order. We are always happy to inform you of whether or not we are currently running a sale and provide you the proper promotion code if you simply email us at email@example.com prior to placing your order.
I am not sure what size garment I should order?Almost every single product we carry has a link to garment specifications and a sizing chart in the product description. Help with shorts sizing can be found under the section at the very top of our site marked "Shorts Sizing". Our over-sized products usually fit sizes small-large comfortably. Our Spiked Camo Jacket is extremely over-sized. We find most people prefer the fit of a small in this jacket even though we do carry larger sizes. If you have any concerns you can always feel free to email us prior to placing your order firstname.lastname@example.org.
What If I receive a Damaged Item?
We hand check each product as we are packaging it for shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a item that is damaged or flawed, please email us at email@example.com with the specifics right away and we will resolve the issue. Please only wash items as instructed on the tags.
How should I wash my shirt?
Wash your shirt inside out with like colors, tumble dry. If needed, iron your shirt inside out. DO NOT iron directly over graphic. Do not Bleach. Garments requiring special care are usually indicated on the product description on our site at the time of purchase. We also include special removable hang tags on products that require special care when washing.
